At The Wudhu Socks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your waterproof socks don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals remain intact for a valid return.
Ship It Back
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 3-5 business days.
